No referral is needed from your primary veterinarian. Dr. Ruth Lacey is a licensed veterinarian.
Office Visit (small animal):

Farm Call or House Call: Hours vary, and scheduling directly is required by phone, text, or email (469) 708-8899, dr.ruthlacey@gmail.com.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notification is required to avoid cancellation fee of $50.
A client consent form is required. (It's short, don't worry.) You may sign a printed copy on day of appointment. A copy is attached here:
Fees
First Visit, all species (includes initial consult and chiropractic service): $190
Chiropractic Service (existing patients):
Cats and dogs and other small animals: $95. If multiple in one visit: $75 per additional animal.
Sheep and other medium animals: $125. If multiple in one visit: $100 per additional animal.
Horses and other large animals: $165. If multiple in one visit: $130 per additional animal.
Travel Service (farm calls or if choosing house calls): $75
If 4 or more pets are scheduled in one visit the travel service fee is waived.
Photobiomodulation Therapy (laser therapy) using the MedcoVet Luma Laser, a Class 1 home-safe laser for home rental or purchase use:
Rental Week 1: Free
Rental Week 2-5: $50 per week
Rental Week 6 and beyond: $25 per week
Purchase: $1200, can be paid in installments
