To reschedule or cancel an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notification is required to avoid paying in full for the appointment.
A client consent form is required. (It's short, don't worry.) You may sign a printed copy on day of appointment. A copy is also attached below.
Fees
Cat: $75. If multiple in one owner's visit: $55 per additional animal. (Dogs may be seen at end of day if schedule allows after primary cat appointments.)
Other animals as schedule allows:
Horse and other large animals: $140. If multiple in one owner's visit: $105 per additional animal.
Sheep and other medium animals: $100. If multiple in one owner's visit: $75 per additional animal.
Travel Service for House Calls:
0-5 miles: $10
5-10 miles: $20
10-15 miles: $30
15-20 miles: $50
20-30 miles: $75
